Idag söndag var vi alla på en kall cykeltur för att vår lilla gumma skulle få prova sin nya cykel, en BMX eftersom hon vill vara lika tuff som brorsan. Vädret var vackert och soligt men kallt och isigt. Take it isi som jag sa till barnen... Cyklade genom Bookham Common (vildvuxen park) till Downside som ligger norr om M25:an till puben The Cricketers. Det var på denna pub vi var med familjen Söderströms där Uffe gjorde bort sig när han beställde vin och sa "anything but french wine" till den som för oss alla andra uppenbart franske ägaren...Däremot blev det för mörkt och kallt på hemvägen så Debbie och Olivia stannade kvar vid brasan på puben när jag och Anton cyklade hem för att hämta bilen.
Today, Sunday, we all went on a bike ride cos our little baby had to try out her new BMX, a BMX because she wants to be just as tough as her cool brother. The weather was beautiful and sunny but cold and icy. Cycled through Bookham Common to Downside north of M25 to the pub The Cricketers. It was in this pub we were with the Söderström family where "Wolf" made a fool of himself when he ordered wine and said "anything but French wine" to the obviously french landlord (obvious to all but Wolf - well his name is Ulf which means Wolf).
As it was too dark and cold when we were going home, Debbie and Olivia stayed by the fire at the pub as Anton and I rode home to fetch the car.
