Dagen efter en familjemiddag med alla i Klanen Middleton hemma hos Ekie (Theresa) åkte vi in till Bristols exklusiva ishockeyrink där vi tillsammans med ett tusental andra Bristolians samsades om isen med mögel i taket och pommes frites oljan tungt hängandes i luften. Debbie som i 8-årsåldern hade åkt på samma is (ja, antagligen hade de inte heller bytt ut isen) kände omedelbart igen sig eftersom inte en droppe färg hade slösats på att rusta upp stället som dessutom är Bristol Bulldogs hemmaarena... Inte bara AIK som har problem med ekonomin...
The day after a family gathering with all the Middleton Clan members at Ekies (Theresas) house we went skating in Bristol at their proude ice-hockey rink together with thousands of Bristolians in a chip-smoked and mouldy hall. At the age of 8, Debbie skated on the same ice (quite literally) and not a lick of paint had been wasted on the arena since then which is also home to the obviously financially struggling Bristol Bulldogs.
